Job Description
The Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) role involves:* Gathering, interpreting and analysing financial information (F,P&A) to assist business profitability and growth
* Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with operational and strategic decision making
* Work alongside the operational management team and the leadership team to drive business performance and growth
* Assist in the production of the annual budget (AOP), three year planning and periodic forecasting
* Carry out continuous reviews of working accounting practices and operational processes to ensure efficient and cost effective operations
* Assist Cluster Controller in the financial management of Cluster 1 European Countries
* Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to corporate policies and regulatory standards
* Recommend methods and strategies for controlling cost
The Successful Applicant
The idea candidate for the Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) role will:
- Be CIMA/ACCA part qualified, fully qualified, or QBE
- Highly numerate and articulate with good communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years' management accounting and FP&A experience
- Strong Excel level - Macro level would be advantageous
- Ability to create Dashboards from scratch
- Previous experience with Power BI is highly desirable
- SAP ERP system experience
- Commercially aware and cost focused

The Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) role offers a base salary of £40-50,000 (dependant on experience and qualifications), plus 25 days holiday, free parking.
Study support towards CIMA/ACCA is also available.
