Job Description
Accounts Preparation:
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Finance Board pack
- Preparation of monthly Consolidation forms for Group reporting
- Assist in the preparation of the annual Financial Statements and associated audit documentation
- Preparation of quarterly Finrep/VAT returns and annual corporation tax returns
- Support the Finance Manager with internal and external reporting requirements
General:
- Production of daily revenue report
- Preparation of weekly/monthly Management Information
- Preparation and oversight of key month-end reconciliations
- Review of sales and purchase ledger transactions
- Support and provide cover for the accounts payable / receivable function where required
- Support in ad hoc projects as deemed appropriate
The Successful Applicant
Experience / Skills Required:
- Qualified Accountant or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) on final exams
- 3-5 years financial control accounting experience
- Tax and technical accounting experience (desired)
- Financial services industry experience (desired)
- Strong excel / modelling skills
- Great plains and Management reporter experience Microsoft Dynamics GP (desired)
- Team player with ability to work in a friendly close-knit environment
