About Our Client
My client is a global FMCG brand and has an extremely large market presence in FMCG globally.
The key responsibilities for this permanent Finance Reporting Analyst role: Prepare, distribute and provide insights to the Yields (internal and external) reports on a weekly basis
Prepare, distribute and provide insights to the Product Price Variance report on a weekly basis
Weekly Flash/ performance report
Reconcile our GRIR account to supplier statements on a monthly basis
Reconciliation of reports to General Ledger (SAP)
Raising ad-hoc Manual payments for suppliers.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly journals, Highlighting and providing insights to performance and highlighting on-going opps/risks to the P&L and communicating appropriately to various stakeholders.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Monthly review meetings, managing Risk and highlighting Opportunities.
Supporting delivery of annual budget/projection, forecasts and year end accounts.
Provision of quality information and analysis of key financial data
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Pilgrims procedures
Follow agreed standardised metrics and reports
Ensure strong internal controls are in place and maintained to mitigate business riskBusiness Partnering
Assist in preparation and presentation of timely, accurate, value-added information to site teams including financial analysis that assists in operational decision making.
Pro-actively use information generated to challenge and influence local teams
