About Our Client

My client is a Leading House Builder.

Job Description

  • Preparation of management and annual accounts
  • Operation and timeous submission of VAT, PAYE and CIS returns
  • Completion of monthly salaries and supervision of weekly payroll for 50 full-time staff
  • Working capital management including cash flow, credit control, purchase ledger and debtor collection
  • Office Manager: supervise a team of 1 staff member, including meeting training requirements arising and promoting staff development where possible

The Successful Applicant

  • Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience
  • Experience using SAGE and Excel
  • Experience performing the tasks listed under the responsibilities section
  • Experience of staff management
  • Enthusiastic/motivated/self-starter with the ability to manage own and team workload
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and see tasks through to completion to agreed deadlines and standard
  • Excellent communication skills
