A growing Steyning based business are seeking the services of a Finance Billing Assistant on a full time permanent basis.

Job Description

As Finance Billing Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Produce consolidated, highly accurate monthly billing information for customers
  • Import and reconcile vendor billing files and invoices
  • Provide clear and concise reports and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the data contained
  • Work with the team to analyse billing options, understanding impacts, and making recommendations to enable decisions to be made
  • Apply problem solving techniques to day-to-day operations.
  • Work with customers on the phone and over email to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
