A growing Steyning based business are seeking the services of a Finance Billing Assistant on a full time permanent basis.
Job Description
As Finance Billing Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Produce consolidated, highly accurate monthly billing information for customers
- Import and reconcile vendor billing files and invoices
- Provide clear and concise reports and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the data contained
- Work with the team to analyse billing options, understanding impacts, and making recommendations to enable decisions to be made
- Apply problem solving techniques to day-to-day operations.
- Work with customers on the phone and over email to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
