Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager the finance assistant will have the following duties:
- Creating accounts for new customers / suppliers
- Producing sales invoices/purchase invoices
- Inputting of purchase invoices onto in house system
- Sales ledger & Credit control duties
- Managing all of the invoice queries and ad hoc accounts queries
- Housekeeping of in-house databases (excel based)
- Maintaining confidentiality of the department and using discretion where necessary
- Ensuring excellent communication between departments
- Observing and complying with VAT regulations/company procedures
The Successful Applicant
The successful finance assistant MUST have:
- Proven track record in similar role
- Knowledge of SAP experience, ERP systems
- Proficient in excel
- Highly organised and excellent communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a team
