About Our Client
My client is a growing healthcare company in London.
The key responsbilities of this Finance Assistant position include:
Assisting in the preparation of monthly multi-site management accounts to agreed deadlines.
Preparing accruals for clinician costs and reconciling scheduled clinician resources from the scheduling
system to the general ledger
Accounting for fixed assets, including additions, disposals and depreciation charges
Processing intercompany transactions and reconciling intercompany accounts
Assisting in the production of balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensuring the timely and effective collection of all sales invoices within agreed credit terms
Leading on sales ledger processing, including raising sales invoices and ensuring that customers are
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will display the following:
AAT qualified or active studier
Advanced Excel skills
Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Sales ledger and credit control experience
