My client is a successful organisation based in Nuneaton, who have an immediate requirement to recruit a professional Finance Analyst into the team.
Job Description
The Finance Analyst role will involve:
* Provide first class finance business partnering services to stakeholders and budget holders
* Provide commercial financial insight to management to support in strategic business decisions
* Analyse various financial data sets and present reports to various staff members
* Provision of timely financial reporting to stakeholders
* Leading on forecasting and budgeting, providing insightful working capital reports
* Robustly challenge variances to budget and support in the justification of additional spending where necessary
* Development of meaningful KPI's that consistently measure performance
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this Finance Analyst role you should be actively studying towards a professional qualification and have a few years experience in finance under your belt.
Candidates who are not actively studying but have previous exposure in a Finance Analyst role will be considered.
You should be keen to progress your career within a business partnering environment.
Confident and articulate you will be comfortable presenting monthly financials and have strong IT skills including Excel.
