Job Description

The Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own workload and prioritising time
  • Following all procedures and policies
  • Updating system records and processing invoices
  • Handling and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Accounts Payable
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will include:

  • Immediately Available
  • Previous experience processing invoices
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • IT skills (Microsoft packages, Agresso would be a plus)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable dealing with a high volume workload
