About Our Client

The client is looking for a hardworking finance administrator that has experience in a variety of day to day duties. The successful candidate will be studying AAT or have 3+ years experience in a finance admin role.

Job Description

  • Processing of customer and invoices and credit notes
  • Setup of customer invoices and credit notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • Reviewing new and existing suppliers
  • Raising non-job purchase orders
  • Payment runs
  • Payroll Payments
  • General HMRC reporting and compliance (CIS and VAT)
  • Factory timesheets
  • Overtime reporting
  • Headcount reporting
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Assisting with month end reporting
  • Liaising with auditors
  • Filing and archiving invoices

The Successful Applicant

  • AAT qualified, with experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Data entry skills
