Job Description

The key responsibilities of this position will include the following;

  • Monitoring income
  • Processing overtime claims
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining administration systems
  • Assisting with budget reports

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Finance Assistant position will have the following skills and qualities:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Previous experience working within accounts/finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of organisation
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
