About Our Client

Our client based in central Bristol is an international business looking to bring in a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis.

Job Description

  • Processing supplier invoices and payment runs
  • Assisting in the effective completion of the department's administrative tasks and daily accounting procedures including policy payments.
  • Bank reconciliations completed within the required timescales
  • Daily cash management
  • Weekly processing of Client Payrolls, including refunds and amendments
  • Administration and reconciliation of staff expenses
  • Provide assistance for ad-hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding of core accounting basics
  • AP/Bank reconciliation preferred
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
  • One year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Process Improvement experience (preferred)
