They have a relaxed and fun, collaborative team working environment. The Sales team is a high-performing team who work remotely.

Job Description

The successful Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue by successfully closing new business, positively contributing towards the continuing growth of the company.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements to successfully sell them the correct services and to confidently welcome customers for consultation.
  • Managing the full Sales cycle.
  • Sourcing leads.
  • Identifying and targeting new business.
  • Business development calls.
  • Building a network of clients.
  • Sales telephone enquiries.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Field Sales Executive will have:

  • Strong sales skills with ability to win new business
  • The ability to sell to commercial businesses
  • Proficient in the following competencies: developing trusting relationships, excellent communication, ability to engage at executive level, expanding and advancing opportunities, devising appropriate sales strategies and solutions, driving the sales cycle, accurately forecast sales pipeline, ensuring and sustaining customer satisfaction, sales opportunity analysis, gain the purchasing commitment and manage the ongoing business relationship with the customer
  • Pro-active and confident individuals with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • You will need to be money-motivated, target-driven, and have a need to succeed
  • Be able to "close" sales
  • Previous B2C Sales experience (preferred)
