Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, board members and directors
  • Coordinating and managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
  • Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documents
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across the organisation
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Contributing to the improvement of administrative processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive PA should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent secretarial and business support skills
  • Minute taking experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
