As the Executive Assistant you will provide administrative support to the CEO and General Council in the Property industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong communication skills and have a keen eye for detail. You will benefit from modern hybrid working and very sociable hours of 9am-5:30pm.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and General Council.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and organise travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as required.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and General Council.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Facilitate smooth day-to-day operations of the Secretarial & Business Support department.

The Successful Applicant

Executive Assistant to CEO and General Council should have:

  • A solid educational background, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Property industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with online calendar systems.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
