Job Description

This Executive Assistant role will include but not be limited to the following duties:

  • Managing calendars for the CEO & MD
  • Organising meetings for and on behalf of the above
  • Booking travel & hotels
  • Handle confidential information & documentation
  • Organising regular board meetings, SLT meetings and coordinating agendas
  • Prepare and edit reports and presentations
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails
  • Supporting any recruitment processes
  • Organising regular board meetings, SLT meetings and coordinating agendas
  • Providing support to the wider management team

The Successful Applicant

The successful Executive Assistant will require the following:

  • Experience of working as an EA to C Suite roles
  • Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and strong understanding of using Microsoft Office, Emails, Calendars, various IT applications
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to be flexible in your approach to work
  • The ability to work well within a team and individually, using your initiative to complete tasks effectively and proficiently
  • A committed work ethic, with enthusiasm to develop your skills and a drive to learn about the digital health business
  • Integrity and dependability
  • Professional and act as an ambassador
  • Be able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced & dynamic environment
  • Able to manage upwards and handle conflicting priorities
  • Able to quickly grasp key business priorities and respond accordingly.
  • Flexibility in hours and a strong work ethic
