Job Description
Working as an Executive Assistant for the client you will be required to:
- Manage each Director's electronic calendar to ensure all meetings/market visits are in place which involves constant checking and updating.
- Screening and filtering of correspondence and callers to the Director to ensure optimum use of their time whilst maintaining positive relationships with both internal & external people.
- Provide both organisational and administrative support to the Director using initiative and pro activity.
- Plan and manage the daily, weekly, monthly and annual schedules, liaising closely with different EA's around the Globe.
- Plan and manage complex travel arrangements, comprising all flights, itineraries/ programmes, and liaison with end markets throughout the world.
- Undertake project work as requested.
- Organise, maintain and monitor the social diary for the Director and deal with their private and personal affairs as requested.
- Organise back-up secretarial support when required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Executive Assistant requires experience in:
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritise their workload and that of managers (where appropriate)and set daily/weekly objectives and targets.
- Self-motivation, organisation and the ability to anticipate requirements, plan ahead and priorities.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and team working skills.
- First class organisational and administrative ability.
- Excellent secretarial skills
- Excellent computer literacy including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Decision making skills.
- Sensitivity to diverse cultures.
