About Our Client

Job Description
- You will provide administrative support to the grounds maintenance and tree teams
- You will ensure their work calendars are maintained and work is allocated effectively between operatives
- You will ensure that relevant documents are maintained and up to-date
- You will respond take ownership and respond to any customer enquiries or feedback
- You will enable customers to self-serve online by providing up to date information on trees that will support this
- You will support the use of GIS and other digital systems, working with the senior business analyst
- You will deal with all purchase orders and invoices related to grounds maintenance and tree management
- You will maintain and ensure all document control procedures, archiving and document retention procedures are adhered to
- You will ensure that all information regarding the team's services is up to date on the colleague hub and Silva website
- You will positively support activities that help promote our new culture and behaviours

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take accurate notes and minutes
