Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team leader.
  • Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handling confidential documents and maintaining discretion at all times.
  • Streamlining communication and correspondence on behalf of the team leader.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the department by managing day-to-day operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA should have:
