Great opportunity for immediately available senior EA
need to have previously worked in Financial Services or Property
About Our Client
West End based entrepreneurial real estate private equity investment firm with an entrepreneurial approach and positive environment.
The EA will have a cheerful and positive outlook with a "can do" attitude and be required to build effective working relationships and demonstrate that they are team player and willing to undertake a wide range of duties and responsibilities including -
Organising travel and accommodation.
Arrange internal/external meetings
Basic information gathering in preparation for meetings, telephone calls and appointments
Preparation correspondence on behalf of the managing partners
Liaison with other locally based group businesses and members of the local management team.
The support of other locally based Executive Assistants as required
Personal PA support for the Partners
Other ad hoc responsibilities as requested
The Successful Applicant
The right person for this EA role for West End based Private Equity role will have a financial services or investment background and will be accustomed to providing support directly at a partner/board member level and to dealing in a confident and professional manner with senior representatives of other firms.
They will be used to working both as part of a small proactive team and also very closely with a diverse group of investment professionals to support the firm's growth strategy.
Relevant work history in a similar capacity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong prioritisation and organisational skills including the ability to take independent action / consult as needed
Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel, skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
knowledge of using Outlook (or similar) to manage diaries and book meetings
What's on Offer
This role is looking to pay £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on ability plus benefits and bonus
