They are a growing beauty company in central London. This is a really exciting time to join them as they are really growing and very successful.

Job Description

The role is a mixture of Executive Assistant and Office Manager. As an EA you will be supporting mostly 1 person who is the European CEO, but you will provide some lighter EA support to 2 others. Part of the role will also be some office management.

You will book international travel, manage expenses, look after the inbox. On the office management side you will ensure the office is stocked and generally help you keep it running.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home. It is a brilliant opportunity and such an exciting time to join them. You will be part of their journey as they grow and as such they want someone who is excited by an evolving company and role and excited that things change so quickly.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Be an EA and have ideally worked within beauty or FMCG, even if not in your most recent role
  • Will have done some office management
  • Have worked for a company that is scaling up - this doesn't necessarily have to be beauty or FMCG, but having worked for a scaling company is important
  • Have worked in an ever changing environment
  • Be excellent at time management
