About Our Client
A well established organisation seeking a Debt/Customer Service Advisor on an hourly temp basis.
Job Description
As a Debt/Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Managing the arrears and debt collection for the business
- Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep strict control on arrears and general debt
- Ensure that every policy is handled in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements and in accordance with TCF
- Ensure all company processes have been adhered to and compliance is adhered to
- Maintain a full understanding of our cancellation processes so that you can see where debt has come from
