Job Description

Datacentre Automation - UK & Europe
* Develop a detailed understanding of the UK & European Datacentre Automation sector
* Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts
* Define and implement effective sales and business development initiatives
* Provide market intelligence

Channel Partner management in UK
* Define and implement indirect sales strategy
* Support channels in developing and maintaining structured business plans
* Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for assigned channels in a profitable way
* Proactively monitor assigned channel performance against agreed KPIs

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in Sales, with experience of business planning, networking & customer focus
  • Strategic thinker with results orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Preferably 3 or more years working in the datacentre business. Must have significant contacts in the datacentre industry with consultants, EPC's, installation/cabling sub-contractors, etc.

Must have expertise with a few or all of the following:
- Facilities management
- Building management (BMS) solutions
- Electrical infrastructure and EPMS solutions
- Datacentre infrastructure management (DCIM) software/systems sales

Experience of developing and managing channel partners, preferably related to Process Automation/Control Systems
