About Our Client

The client is a small but rapidly growing Financial services business who are based in Weybridge. They are seeking to expand their Admin and Operations team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Data input
  • Checking and reconciling data
  • Raising invoices
  • Liaising with the client to obtain relevant information and billing details
  • Spotting errors and raising queries
  • Uploading and on boarding new clients
  • Updating clients on process

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must-

  • Have excellent attention to detail and ability to ask questions
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be good with numbers
  • Be engaged with their work and diligent
  • Have a positive and "can-do" attitude
  • Be able to work US hours and on site in Weybridge
