The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • To be the first point of contact to our customers and answer any queries
  • Responding to requests for information in a professional and timely manner
  • General administration duties
  • Speaking to third parties and financial advisers
  • To answer and manage a large volume and variety of telephone enquiries
