Job Description

The responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Assist the team in answering both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Help customers in an approachable and friendly manner.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Assist with the running of the customer service team when necessary.
  • Track KPI targets and help strategies on how to achieve these.
  • Help represent the company image and brand.
  • Keep track of customer order processes.
  • Help solve any customer queries or complaints when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Have experience in a retail role.
  • Have an independent mind with fresh ideas and the ability to think on your feet to offer solutions.
  • Have experience in achieving KPI targets.
  • Experience in senior customer service positions.
  • Computer and Excel literate.
  • Professional ad flexible attitude.
