The Customer Service Supervisor position based in Gatwick will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the team to provide excellent customer service
- Meet customers face to face
- Dealing with customer queries and bookings via phone and email
- Checking and updating of customer information
- Managing rota's and schedules
- Handling escalated queries
- Assiting with recruitment, training and development of the team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Supervisor position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working within face to face customer service roles
- Experience of supervising a small team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to think outside the box to problem solve

Please note this role requires the candidate to work on shifts which could vary between Monday- Sunday between 6am- 10pm. Some weekend days will be included in this position.
