Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
- Answering calls regarding updates on job orders and progress
- Logging new job orders onto the CRM system
- Sending out confirmations to customers and following up
- Providing an excellent standard of service at all times
- Record all call information onto the system accurately
- The working hours are 8am - 5:30pm- Monday - Friday
