Job Description

The main duties of the role will include:-

  • Answering calls regarding updates on job orders and progress
  • Logging new job orders onto the CRM system
  • Sending out confirmations to customers and following up
  • Providing an excellent standard of service at all times
  • Record all call information onto the system accurately
  • The working hours are 8am - 5:30pm- Monday - Friday
