Job Description

As Customer Service Executive, your daily duties will involve:

  • Support customers with a range of enquiries over the phone and on email
  • Managing the full process of a customer enquiry from beginning to end
  • Proactively learning the range products on offer
  • Work as part of a team to ensuring the customers receive excellent service
  • Inputting customer information and updated onto the internal database
