Job Description
As Customer Service Executive, your daily duties will involve:
- Support customers with a range of enquiries over the phone and on email
- Managing the full process of a customer enquiry from beginning to end
- Proactively learning the range products on offer
- Work as part of a team to ensuring the customers receive excellent service
- Inputting customer information and updated onto the internal database
