Job Description

The key responsibilities of a customer service executive;

  • Deliver a first class service to all customer enquiries
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Meet performance goals that include, but not limited to, customer survey results, average customer response times, adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Escalate business problems to the management team
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Drive process improvements with the mindset of continuous improvement. Suggest edits to help automate and streamline workload

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Executive will have;

  • 2+ years of experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Proven ability to assess priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and navigate through potentially complex issues with customers
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using software programs and online tools
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
