Job Description

The key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to-

  • Providing a high level of service to existing customers
  • Answering queries, emails and calls regarding products
  • Liaising with different departments to obtain resolutions
  • Escalating issues
  • Providing timely resolution to customer enquiry

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must

  • Have a positive attitude and be resolution orientated
  • Be commercially driven and understand their part in the wider process of customer delivery
  • Have solid experience in a fast paced environment
  • Have clear and concise communications
  • Be able to maintain professionalism at all times
  • Be able to start immediately
