Job Description

As a Legal Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting the team with any enquires from clients relating to their home move.

You will be also working closely with estate agents, lenders and other third parties chasing up documents and dealing with queries regarding the process ensuring the best level of customer service at all times.

The role will also include any administration duties required for the department.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail

Extremely customer focused

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Driven and passionate about progression and development

A confident telephone manner and able to build excellent relationships

A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation

Excellent team player
