My client is an established and award-winning Financial Services business based in Birmingham.

Job Description

As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Inbound/outbound calls with commercial banking customers
  • Notifying customers via telephony and digital customer service that they are overdrawn
  • Applying charges and pre-approved lending limits to customer accounts
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from business customers
  • Making credit decisions

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following experience:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Minimum 2 years solid customer service experience within an office based setting
