About Our Client

This role is working remotely for a well known business service provider in Leeds who are currently experiencing a period of growth and are having an exciting recruitment drive to join their various teams, because of this they are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisor.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Handle incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide solutions to any problems a customer is facing, directing internally if needed
  • To manage customers enquiries as soon as possible to avoid any delays
  • Record all engagement with the customer on the system, so other employees know details of their case
  • Any administrative tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Have previous Customer Service Experience, whether that be office based or in retail/hospitality/sales
  • A passion for delivering a quality service to customers
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
