About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with a well-established real estate organisation based in Sheffield who have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The client have seen a rapid-growth in the recent years and due to this require extra assistance within their Customer Service team.
Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: Being a key point of contact for customers in order to answer any queries, Processing customer orders using the in house database, produce reports to keep customers up to date, liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure all work is carried out and input data with a key focus on accuracy.

Have held a similar position previously
Excellent communication written & verbal
Confident at building and maintaining strong professional relationships
IT literate
Able to work to set time frames
