Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will handling calls from customers dealing with a range of enquiries over the telephone, webchat and email.

You will be working in a busy environment ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and a high level of client care is provided.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

An excellent telephone manner

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Fantastic customer service skills

Good organisation

An excellent team player
