Page Personnel have just registered a number of Permanent Customer Service Positions in York to start as soon as possible!
No experience would be required full training would be provided!

Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling queries from customers which will be over the telephone, webchat and email.
The role will also involve escalating any issues and ensuring all calls are handled within service level agreements.
The Successful Applicant
No experience would be required for the position full training is provided but we are looking for the below
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
A good team player
Able to work in a fast paced environment
