Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor are but not limited to:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Deliver world-class customer service, tailoring service to all accounts
- Always meet SLAs and KPIs set
- Resolve all enquires through multichannel platform, in regards to product and orders
- Act as a brand ambassador through service and all round team player.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor will:
- Passionate about quality service
- Great communication skills in written and verbal format
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Ability to solve a issue effectively and efficiently
