Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor are but not limited to:

  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Deliver world-class customer service, tailoring service to all accounts
  • Always meet SLAs and KPIs set
  • Resolve all enquires through multichannel platform, in regards to product and orders
  • Act as a brand ambassador through service and all round team player.
