Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor, your main duties will involve:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers
- Offer excellent product knowledge and advise customers
- Creating long lasting customer relationships
- Recognising growth opportunities and updating the relevant account managers
- Maintain superb customer service
- Update the internal database and process new orders
