About Our Client

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Process incoming customer orders
o Create invoices for orders and projects
o Manage the care renewal process for the UK and Emerging Market territories for both re-sellers and direct customers. This involves issuing quotes to the customer at least three months prior to the renewal date, monitoring and chasing up customer quotes and negotiating discounts where required.
o Generate and activate licenses for our products
o Answer incoming calls
o Process quotes for product maintenance and follow up
o Chase outstanding debt
o Process credit card payments for customers
o Attend (global) operational meetings. This may sometimes happen after office hours.
The Successful Applicant
o Must be fluent in English (both written and oral). A second language is a benefit.
o Team player
o Good communication skills
o Good commercial awareness skills
o Ability to identify and analyse customer needs along with strong analytical skills and logic
o Autonomy and initiative in troubleshooting and problem solving
o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
o Living in the vicinity of the Manchester office location
