Job Description

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Monitor and maintain customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Resolve customer discrepancies and short payments.
  • Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits.
  • Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
  • Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
