About Our Client
My client is a property company looking after a large skyscraper building in the hart of the financial world.
They are looking to hire a Credit Controller on a temporary basis.
My client is based in London, close to Canary Wharf station but they offering 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Job Description
Credit Controller, London
The primary focus will be on credit control and dealing with resolving queries for office and retail tenants. The successful candidate can in addition expect to have some involvement with the following:
- Providing ad hoc support to the Accounts Receivable Manager as required.
- Assist with the preparation of tenant completion statements for our Legal Team when required.
- Prepare and issue 5 Day Notices when required.
- Send regular arrears statements to our tenants/customers.
- Manage Harper Collins debtors report
- Manage Usborne debtors' ledger
- Calculate monthly bad debt provision
- Monthly age analysis
- Issue and comment on all credit reports
- Credit Checks for new customers.
- Assist in raising all sales invoices, firm, advance, both type of royalty and remaindering.
- Any Ad Hoc items to relating to any of the above.
The Successful Applicant
Skills/Experience Required:
Must Have
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good computer literacy, specifically, proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Customer service mentality and delivery focus.
- Desire to make process and efficiency improvements as part of the ongoing development of the function.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Willingness to learn new department functions and to enhance existing skills
What's on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid £17/h - £19/h depending on experience.
