Job Description

As the Credit Controller - Hybrid Working your responsibilities involve:

  • Handling up to 70 customer contact calls and emails a day to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries
  • Providing overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis
  • Monitoring and highlight concerns to Credit Manager regarding high risk accounts
  • Reviewing new account requests and report so
  • Ensuring disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested

The Successful Applicant

As the successful candidate for the Credit Controller - Hybrid Working you will have:

  • Experience in credit control with a customer centric approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel in particular
  • Able to work at pace and deal with a high volumes of accounts
  • Broader knowledge of accounting procedures to aid good decision making
