Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, the Credit Control Officer will primarily be responsible for taking the lead with more high profile accounts which require a confident skill set to deliver successful income collection.
You will be responsible for one member of staff and will be required to liaise with internally with those who carry out activities to raise sales invoices and undertake credit control activities within business areas.
You will be responsible for raising sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Identifying and reporting on areas of poor performances on sales invoices and debt management to the credit control lead
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Control Officer will have previous exposure within a credit control/income collection role dealing with different customers and stakeholders on a daily basis.
Ideally you will have experience of running reports and monitoring and dealing with aged debt.
Excellent communication skills are essential as well as a good level of competence in MS Excel and financial accounting systems.
