Job Description
Corporate Receptionist responsibilities:
- Enhance client, staff and visitor experience
- Provide exceptional Welcome service to VIPs, guests & visitors
- Informing hosts of arrival and escorting to meeting rooms
- Meeting room management
- Hotel and Taxi bookings
- Hospitality bookings and event coordination
- Stock management and ordering of snacks and pantry supplies
- Direct incoming phone calls and operation of switchboard
- Central point of contact for internal staff
- Diary and expense management as required
The Successful Applicant
Corporate Receptionist essential requirements:
- 5 years' experience within Financial/Professional Services firms
- Exceptional client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage own workload
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills
