Conveyancing Administrator / Paralegal required for Midlands law firm.

As a Conveyancing Administrator you will:
- Provide support to the conveyancing department and fee earners - ultimately progressing within the firm to run your own caseload.
- Open and close files.
- Draft legal documents.
- Ordering searches.
- Raising enquiries.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who has experience working within a conveyancing department. It is also essential to have experience working in a busy environment where you are able to prioritise workloads, have excellent organisational and communication skills. Although the Conveyancing Administrator does not need to have experience running their own caseload, it is essential that they have knowledge of the whole conveyancing process from start to finish.

Will suit a Conveyancing Administrator / Conveyancing Secretary (with some experience in handling files / helping to support fee earners within their role) / Junior Paralegal who isn't currently running their own files, but who aspires to.
Salary is dependent on experience. Will need to be based near Solihull.
