Job Description

As as experienced Conveyancer you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of residential conveyancing work. You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload within conveyancing. As part of your role you will be responsible for raising and responding to enquiries in a timely manner, resolve complex and technical queries and produce accurate finance statements for clients. Other tasks will include dealing with exchange of contracts and completions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Conveyancer will have experience running their own caseload and handling a range of residential matters. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide excellent client care, have strong attention to detail and be able to work well as part of the team.
