Job Description

Duties as the Contracts Administrator include tasks such as:

  • Diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Arranging appointments
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Project admin support
  • Gathering information
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Deal with queries
  • Deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Responsible for managing communications
  • Researching
  • Data Entry
  • Manage filing systems, both paper & electronically
  • Raise purchase orders
