Job Description

The main duties of the role will include:-

  • Monitor service action list reports
  • Spot any issues and introduce action plans
  • Consistently support all members of the team and provide training where necessary
  • Cost management
  • Organise diaries for Field Technicians
  • Process invoices
  • Monitor contracts financial performance
  • Attend monthly client/service meetings
  • Continue to drive service delivery
  • Effective leadership management for clients
  • Understand all contract conditions and brief team
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes

The Successful Applicant

This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced role and strives to achieve the best results through continuous improvements. Excellent team management and organisation skills are essential for this role in addition to being extremely client focused. Working hours will be 8am - 6pm.
