Page Personnel have just registered a number of Permanent Contact Centre Advisor Positions to work for a reputable business in central Leeds. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career within Customer Services and looking to join a business that have an excellent name within their market!
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of call for customers and be responsible for dealing with any general enquiries ensuing a high level of service at all times.
You would be working in an extremely busy environment dealing with a high volume of calls whilst liaising with other team members when required.
Duties will include dealing with queries over email and chasing up any necessary documents required.
The Successful Applicant
Contact Centre or Customer Service Experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent Customer Service skills
